Job summary

Complete Care at Summit Ridge in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensure patient care standards, and conduct rounds. The role emphasizes staff education, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
