Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift at Summit Ridge. The role involves direct supervision of the nursing staff, monitoring medications and patient care, and conducting regular rounds across units to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree (ASN/BSN) and a current New Jersey RN license. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required, and LPNs may be considered for the role.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• LPN may be considered.
