Imperial Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. The role focuses on supervising weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with facility standards.

The position offers a full-time, 12-hour night shift (7 PM–7 AM) with responsibilities including medication administration, care coordination with physicians and families, and staffing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in New Jersey.
• Weekend supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Sub-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and care concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and infection control compliance.
• Assist with staffing coordination and daily nursing operations.
