Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekend shifts. The role focuses on supervising medication administration, patient rounds, and compliance with care standards to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active New Jersey RN license, and has strong leadership and teaching skills to educate staff and coordinate with the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on weekend shifts by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
