Responsibilities include supervising resident care, providing direct nursing care as required, and ensuring resident documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in planning and directing weekend nursing services.
• Supervise resident care according to assessments and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and document care in resident records (MatrixCare).
• Maintain readiness for surveys and ensure smooth tour experiences for potential clients.
