Job summary

Hampden Post Acute in Massachusetts is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time 3 PM–11 PM shifts (no weekends). You will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

Requirements include MA RN license, valid BLS/CPR, and 2+ years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required as training is provided. Excellent communication and collaboration with staff and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

$38 to $60 an hour (all inclusive)

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
