Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockland, MA is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor. This part-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a pay range of $50.00–$60.00 per hour.

The RN Supervisor leads nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care in a 110-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to supervise multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on weekends.
• Monitor resident conditions and document appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
