Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Professional and Compassionate Weekend Supervisor, RN to oversee the day-to-day Nursing Services on weekends at Decatur Medical Lodge in Decatur, TX. The role involves supervising staff and providing direct nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, under DON/ADON direction as needed.

The position requires an RN degree, up to two years supervisory experience in a health care facility, and the ability to coordinate Nursing Services for residents’

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Up to two years as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Nursing Services staff, Charge Nurses, CNAs and CMAs and ensure their work is aligned with current rules and guidelines.
• Ensure staff complies with the Nursing Services Procedures Manual.
• Provide written and verbal reports/recommendations concerning shift activities.
