Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team in Decatur, TN. You will supervise CNAs, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and communicate changes with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate care plan changes with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team.
