Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Decatur, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team. As part of a collaborative, team-driven environment, you will oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and maintain confidentiality while guiding CNAs and other nursing personnel.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.

RN Weekend Supervisor Position Summary

As a RN Weekend Supervisor at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
