Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Document and process admissions, discharges, and transfers as requested.
• Coordinate care planning and the MDS process; participate in committee meetings as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with attending physicians and families.
