Accel at Crystal Park in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking an RN Supervisor Weekend shift to lead charge nurses and caregiving staff in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on ensuring clinical systems run smoothly and delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care.

The RN will oversee care plans, medication administration, staffing, infection control, and staff performance while collaborating with the Director of Nursing.

Qualificações

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Observing patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients conditions
• Answering patients calls and determining how to assist them
• Providing basic patient care or treatments
• Working as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies/secures equipment supplies
• Directs/oversees subordinates.
• Participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes/coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees/monitors function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institutes appropriate action discipline/training.
• Monitor’s infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
