Job summary

Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing staff on weekends and uphold high standards of patient care.

The role emphasizes day-to-day supervision, scheduling, communicating performance expectations, and coordinating with the Nursing Team to ensure consistent practices. A Florida RN license and geriatrics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with a Florida license.
• Clinical experience or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Ability to relate positively to patients and families and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• supervise nursing personnel on a day-to-day basis
• Manage call-offs and staffing to ensure coverage
• Maintain consistent practices across shifts
• Communicate performance expectations clearly to staff
• Assign duties, work hours, breaks and meals for unit staff
• Report concerns to the Nursing Team
