Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be compassionate and dedicated to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Oversees CNAs during shift, assigns work, and ensures tasks meet facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
