Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing staff on weekends and uphold high standards of patient care.

The role emphasizes day-to-day supervision, scheduling, communicating performance expectations, and coordinating with the Nursing Team to ensure consistent practices. A Florida RN license and geriatrics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with a Florida license.
• Clinical experience or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Ability to relate positively to patients and families and work cooperatively with others.

• Effectively communicating performance expectations
• Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit
• Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team

Requirements:

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must:

• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida
• Possess clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
• Demonstrate the ability to relate positively and favorably to our patients and families and to work cooperatively with others
• Have experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
