Job summary

Complete Care at Voorhees is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Weekend Baylor program. You will lead, support, and inspire our nursing staff while delivering exceptional resident care on the 7pm-7am shift, every other weekend.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ RN license, has 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings, and is skilled in communication, critical thinking, and PCC usage. Join us to grow professionally in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Proficient with PCC (Point Click Care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medications and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
