Genesiscareers in Muscle Shoals, AL is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high-quality care. This role oversees nursing units on the assigned shift and ensures compliance with policies while maintaining staffing to meet patient needs.

We offer a $7,500 retention bonus for weekend-only shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, life insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentor staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations.
