Job summary

Majestic Care of Goshen is seeking a Weekend Supervisor, RN to lead the nursing unit in a long-term care community. You will direct care team operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality resident care as part of a patient-centered program.

The role requires RN licensure in good standing, a minimum of three years of nursing experience including one year in long-term care, and strong leadership capabilities to oversee staff performance and program development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state employed; license in good standing.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of a nursing unit for a long-term care community.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate care team members as needed.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care concerns for the unit.
• Promote recruitment, retention, development, and continuing education of nursing staff.
