Providence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Marcy Fitzgerald is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend part-time shifts (3–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM) in Pennsylvania. The role entails overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.
Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license with current BLS certification and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in PA.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in healthcare.
- Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
- Solid knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
- Provide clinical oversight during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and teams.
- Assist in prioritizing care based on urgency and workload.
- Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and guidelines.
- Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
