Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure weekend care.
• Conduct rounds to assess patient care and guide staff.
• Develop and implement effective care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide staff and resident education on topics like resident rights and medication management.
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to address staffing needs.
