Qualifications

• Current RN license in Rhode Island.
• Supervisory/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with clinical oversight, admissions, assessments, and resident care needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to clinical and operational issues as needed.
