Job summary

Newburgh Health and Rehab is seeking a seasoned RN to serve as Weekend Supervisor, overseeing patient care on weekends. You will lead a team of nurses and caregivers, ensure clinical standards, and support staff during the shift.

You will coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers, monitor patient progress, enforce policies, and maintain documentation to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RN experience in long-term care.
• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for weekend supervision.
• Knowledge of facility policies and regulations.
