Job summary

Autumn Care of Norfolk is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise aides in a SNF setting. You must hold an active RN license in Virginia and CPR/BLS, have basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records, and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Assess resident needs and develop an individualized care plan.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
