Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Virginia.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other nursing staff in the SNF setting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
