Job summary

Saber Health Group in Norfolk, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
