Job summary

Hazelhurst Court Care and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to manage weekend operations in short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The RN will supervise nursing staff, implement care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care under the Director of Nursing.

Candidates should hold a current RN license, possess strong assessment skills, and have experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid for the state of practice.
• Strong physical assessment skills and solid knowledge of nursing principles.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on weekend shifts.
• Assist in orientation of nursing personnel.
• Oversee daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
