Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current license to practice in TN or applicable state.
• Experience in nursing home leadership or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care changes.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely and accurately.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure adherence to care plans.
