Apploi in Tennessee is seeking a full-time LPN or RN Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care team. The role requires a TN license and the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently, with supervision of CNAs.

Shift is 7a-7p; compensation is based on experience with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and other fringe perks. This role focuses on high-quality geriatric care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee license as LPN or RN.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
