Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN license in the employing state.
• Demonstrates leadership, planning and supervision of nursing staff.
• Maintains professional standards and effective interpersonal relationships.
• Wollows HIPAA and facility policies; able to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Receives shift reports and coordinates care during the shift.
• Assigns CNAs to meet residents' needs and provides supervision.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; documents accordingly.
• Reviews care plans with physicians and ensures adherence to plan.
• Oversees meals and nutrition for residents; ensures safety and comfort.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with teams to ensure quality care.
