Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise shifts.
• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assess residents through physical exams and pertinent testing to determine health status.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants.
• Document assessments and care according to standards and policy.
