Manchester Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an energetic RN Supervisor to join our clinical team. You will coordinate and supervise shifts, provide direct nursing care, and administer medications while ensuring high-level resident care.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• RN shift supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & supervise shifts.

• Assess residents by physical examination and pertinent tests.
• Participate in care planning processes.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants.
• Document assessments and care per standards of care and policy.
• Complete forms and documents per company policy and regulations.

You’ll be great on our RN team because you have:

• A current Missouri state RN/ Registered Nurse license.
• RN shift Supervisor Experience – Preferred.

RN – Registered Nurse - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Supervise shifts
• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assesses residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Participates in the care planning process.
• Supervises certified nursing assistants.
• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
