Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare in Ballwin, MO invites a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our clinical team. The role focuses on coordinating and supervising shifts while delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri state RN license is required.
• RN shift supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise shifts.
• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and document medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assess residents health status through physical exams and necessary tests.
• Participate in the care planning process and supervise CNAs.
• Document assessments and care in compliance with standards and policy.

You’ll be great on our RN team because you have:

• *A current Missouri state RN/Registered Nurse license.
• *RN shift Supervisor Experience – Preferred.

RN – Registered Nurse –Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Supervise shifts
• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assesses residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Participates in the care planning process.
• Supervises certified nursing assistants.
• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
