Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for Autumn Care of Suffolk, VA. The role focuses on assessing residents, creating individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising staff in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must have a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
