Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license for the state of Virginia.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
