Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds on patients, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
