Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to observe and report patient conditions clearly.
• Must be able to work with physicians and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Documents patient observations and vital signs.
• Maintains safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Participates in care planning with the healthcare team.
• Supports unit management and may assume unit charge duties.
