Job summary

Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Massachusetts is seeking an LPN to join our 140-bed facility. You will direct nursing staff, administer medications, and provide high-quality resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Massachusetts LPN license and strong communication skills. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a sign-on bonus for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and other nursing staff on assigned units.
• Document, report changes in residents' conditions to physicians, families, and nursing leadership.
• Prepare and administer medications and monitor residents for adverse effects.
• Provide wound care, colostomy changes, tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, and other skilled nursing tasks.
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Initiate, review, and update resident care plans as needed.
