Job summary
Lake Providence Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support every other weekend at the Cypress at Lake Providence facility in Lake Providence, LA. This role offers a flexible weekend schedule with 8.5 hours per weekend and scheduling built around availability.

Qualifications
- Active RN license required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standards.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with clinical decision-making and address weekend concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team.
