Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in Ohio required.
• Minimum two years experience as an RN; BSN preferred.
• ACLS and PALS preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates operations across the hospital on a given shift, including off shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates hospital core values and processes in daily practice.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure holistic patient care and outcomes.
• Analyzes information, develops and adjusts plans of care as needed.
• Prioritizes department needs and supports clinical nursing activities.
• Assists nursing staff from a clinical standpoint when needed.
