Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for Ohio.
• Must hold a CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure high-quality care in SNF.
