White Oak Manor York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7pm to 7am in York, SC. This 109-bed facility emphasizes person-centered care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role involves supervising LPNs and CNAs, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric care, care planning, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Ensure care aligns with care plans, orders, and policies.
• Monitor residents and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure follow‑up.
