White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. You will lead nursing staff, ensure care per plans, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

The role requires SC RN licensure, 2+ years in nursing (pref. long-term care), and strong leadership, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in SC in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Experience in supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and support nursing staff.
• Knowledge of geriatric care, care planning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure care per plans, orders, and policies.
• Monitor residents, assess changes, and initiate interventions.
• Administer meds and document properly.
• Coordinate with physicians and therapists for resident care.
• Respond to emergencies and follow up as needed.
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff education and coaching when needed.
• Communicate with residents and families about care needs.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Deliver compassionate nursing care on weekends.
