Job summary

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency in Connecticut is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team in long-term care and rehab facilities. You will oversee facility operations, safety, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.

You will mentor staff, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care while coordinating care plans with the team. Per diem shifts are available with competitive rates and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
