Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well‑being of our residents. You will oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Join us to mentor nursing staff, manage staffing and resources, implement care plans, and conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
