Job summary

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure residents' health, safety, and comfort in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license is required.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
