Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, has per diem RN openings in long-term care settings in the Northeast.

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Per diem shifts offer competitive pay, weekly payroll, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
