Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency, affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is offering per diem RN shifts in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. As an RN, you’ll assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team.

We provide competitive hourly rates with shift differentials, weekly pay, and robust training and mentorship. Join a team where compassionate care and professional growth are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license
• Ability to work with aged and chronically ill patients
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Responsabilités

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information

What You\'ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Rate of Pay

Starting from USD $55.00/Hr.
