Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing in Jonesboro, GA, is seeking a RN Supervisor for weekend shifts (7A-7P) to oversee nursing care delivery for residents. You will assess needs, administer and evaluate care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, generate QM/QI reports, and drive performance improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance and a supportive work

Qualifications

• GA licensed RN required.
• Flexible schedule is required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident needs and evaluate care plans.
• Collaborate with DON, Unit Manager, CNAs and RNs.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators for quality care.
