Job summary

Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor for a 7A-7P weekend shift in Jonesboro, GA. You will oversee care delivery, assess resident needs, and supervise LPNs and CNAs within a multidisciplinary team. Emphasis on quality improvement and care plan collaboration.

The role requires a GA RN license and flexible weekend availability, with opportunities to lead nursing initiatives and contribute to patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of resident care and assess needs.
• Coordinate with DON, Unit Manager, LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and QM/QI activities.
• Ensure accurate care plan documentation and timely reporting.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
