Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice (Missouri).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out medication management and ensure supplies in line with policy.
• Notify physician and family promptly of significant changes in health.
• Report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to Administrator/Director of Nursing.
• Document and address resident incidents, grievances and concerns per policy and regulations.
• Uphold residents' rights and ensure confidentiality of health information.
